From this location you can see panoramic views of North Carolina and into Tennessee and Virginia. The cabin and webcam are located at 4700' elevation high on top of Rich Mountain in Boone and it faces ENE. From downtown Boone this cabin appears to be on Howard's Knob, but in actuality is located on Rich Mountain and in the valley you'll see Boone and Todd, N. C. as well as other communities. This view is fantastic year round and displays a wonderful shot for those who want to see some phenomenal views.
