| An Appalachian Summer Festival |

Every July, the Office of Arts & Cultural Programs at ASU provides a cure for the dog days of summer with the annual An Appalachian Summer Festival, a celebration of the visual and performing arts, with concerts, workshops, lectures, exhibitions, films and more.
The 26th annual An Appalachian Summer Festival begins this Sunday, June 27, and continues through Friday, July 30. Concerts and films take place at Farthing Auditorium and Rosen Concert Hall on the ASU campus.

Join us for three amazing days and nights as we transform the breathtaking mountains near Banner Elk into an interactive, panoramic feast for the senses. If you thought Cirque was amazing, you haven't seen anything yet!
Events will take place from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on July 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Three-day passes are $150 for adults and $70 for children; daily passes are $65 for adults and $35 for children under 12. Part of the proceeds benefit three charities.

This popular festival celebrates Scottish heritage with food, music, sporting events, and a number of other activities. This event will take place in MacRae Meadows in Linville.
